  "message": "Don\u0027t build third-party deps with our warnings\n\nWhile this has resulted in some useful patches to upstream to googletest\nand google/benchmark, it\u0027s not the best use of time, and sometimes makes\nupdating dependencies difficult. Instead, move the warnings a little\nlower.\n\nAs part of this, split up our meaningful flags from the warnings and\nkeep the former global for now.
