  "message": "Support creating unencrypted PKCS#12 files.\n\nPKCS#12 is overly general and, among other things, supports disabling\nencryption. In practice, the unencrypted form is not widely implemented.\nMoreover, even in contexts where cleartext is fine, an unencrypted\nPKCS#12 file still requires a password for the mandatory MAC component.\nThey\u0027re not very useful.\n\nHowever, cryptography.io uses them. Previously, we added support for\nparsing these.
