  "message": "Add some tests that X509_NAME_hash does not overcanonicalize\n\nIf we were to change our built-in name canonicalization in either\ndirection, we would need to go back and fix X509_NAME_hash to stick to\nthe old scheme. The original test only included positive\ncanonicalization cases, because we would never have any legitimate\nreason to want to canonicalize more.
