  "message": "Move the ASN.1-based SSLKeyShare serialization to handoff.cc.\n\nWe\u0027ve got two layers of serialization. There\u0027s the lower-level\nSerializePrivateKey/DeserializePrivateKey functions that just encode a\nprivate key assuming you already know the group, and then there\u0027s\nSerialize/Create which output an INTEGER and OCTET STRING pair.\n\nThe latter is only used by handoff.cc, so move them there.
