  "message": "Remove ASN1_UTCTIME_cmp_time_t\n\nThis does not seem to be used anywhere, and for good reason: it only\nworks on UTCTime, so it will break with any dates past 2050, which need\nGeneralizedTime. We don\u0027t have the ASN1_TIME and ASN1_GENERALIZEDTIME\nversions.
