  "message": "Rewrite ASN1_INTEGER tests.\n\nThis extends the old ASN1_INTEGER_set tests to cover all integers. There\nare a whole bunch of ways to construct and convert ASN1_INTEGERs (DER,\nBIGNUM, uint64_t, long, etc.).
