  "message": "ssl: Update SSL_CIPHER_get_min_version to reflect SSL 3.0 removal\n\nWe have stopped supporting SSLv3 since 2018 and it is untenable for us\nto report ciphers as supported in SSLv3 as the minimum protocol version\nanymore.
