We can just say the output\nCBB is required to contain the rest of the ClientHello. That, in turn,\nmakes it possible to compute PSK binders inside this function (in a\nfollow-up CL).\n\nFor a CBB function to treat its output CBB as an in/out parameter and be\nsensitive to the existing contents is slightly unusual. I think I\u0027d\npreviously tried to avoid this.
