  "message": "Unfork Chromium\u0027s Clang update script\n\nWe can DEPS in individual directories and just run the actual script.\nThis avoids needing to maintain our own copy, and also means we can\npotentially use Chromium\u0027s Rust build later. (The Rust update script\npulls in the Clang one.)\n\nWe should also be able to unfork vs_toolchain.py, but there\u0027s a minor\nheadache around it ending up in the LUCI copy of depot_tools and not\nbeing cached.
