  "message": "Simplify built-in BIOs slightly.\n\nThe free callbacks can assume their inputs are non-NULL. They\u0027re only\ncalled from BIOs of the corresponding method, which means the BIO must\nexist. Also new callbacks that leave everything zero-initialized are\nno-ops and can be omitted.\n\nThis removes the weird thing where the built-in free functions were\nfallible.
