Annotate |ERR_add_error_dataf| as |OPENSSL_PRINTF_FORMAT_FUNC|.

Besides being a good idea anyway, this avoids clang warning about using
a non-literal format string when |ERR_add_error_dataf| calls
|BIO_vsnprintf|.
