  "message": "Remove the experimental in-place record APIs.\n\nWe never ended up using these, or making them work with TLS 1.3 (which\nhas KeyUpdates and NewSessionTickets). It\u0027d still be nice to have an\nin-place API, but for now unwind these ones until we have time to give\nit another go.
