  "message": "shim: perform split handshakes in a separate binary.\n\nThe new binary, called |handshaker|, allows split-handshakes to be\ntested using shim and handshaker binaries built at different\nrevisions.\n\nThe shim now proxies traffic to the handshaker during the split\nhandshake.
