Remove hmac.h include from ssl.h. This workaround was added in https://boringssl-review.googlesource.com/21664, but the correct <openssl/hmac.h> include was added to NGINX over 5 years ago in https://hg.nginx.org/nginx/rev/8076ba459f05, so this is no longer needed.
