Also hex_to_string and\nstring_to_hex do the opposite of what one would expect, so rename them\nto something a bit less confusing.\n\nUpdate-Note: This removes some random utility functions. name_cmp is\nvery specific to OpenSSL\u0027s config file format, so it\u0027s unlikely anyone\nis relying on it.
