  "message": "Remove session_ctx macro.\n\nDon\u0027t pollute the embedder\u0027s namespace with a session_ctx macro. It looks like\nthe difference was that, without TLS extensions, session_ctx was ctx rather\nthan initial_ctx. Now it\u0027s always initial_ctx.
